Joe Biden may portray himself as a lunch-bucket Democrat with working-class roots, but when it comes to the holidays, the vice president-elect parties like a Kennedy. Biden and his family caused a stir Wednesday aboard the high-speed ferry from Hyannis, Mass., as the Delaware senator made his way to his traditional Thanksgiving getaway, a rented $4 million home on the eastern end of trendy Nantucket Island.
They had Secret Service agents, bomb-sniffing dogs and even a Coast Guard cutter to follow the ferry that the Bidens’ took to Nantucket for over an hour.
Who paid for the trip? I’m bettin’ it wasn’t the Bidens. Just like he didn’t pay for his nightly trips home on Amtrak to Delaware from D.C.

Recently, the brass at ABC News issued orders forbidding reporters to wear lapel pin American Flags or any other type of patriotic insignia. The reasoning they gave was that ABC should remain neutral about ‘Causes’.
I’d like to know since when is supporting patriotism to be discouraged? Isn’t that what this country was founded on? Peter Jennings is turning over in his grave…

It seems, protestors of Proposition 8 in California (the marriage amendment) shoved aside a 69-year-old woman who was bearing a cross. They reportedly spit on her and stomped on her cross. They then aligned themselves in a human barricade, blocking the media from getting to or interviewing the woman
